A number of reports calculate figures, this article explains how the figures are calculated

The following figures are based off people staying in the property during the report period

Room Nights Sold
The number of rooms occupied each night of the report period

Reservations
The total number of reservations with guests staying in the report period

Cancelled
The total number of reservations that were cancelled but were due to stay in the report period

Arrivals
The number of rooms being checked-in during the report period. There may be multiple check-ins per reservation if multiple rooms were booked.

Departures
The number of rooms being checked out in the report period

Staying Guests
The number of guests staying in the property during the report period, including adults and children

Adults
The number of Adults staying in the property during the report period

Children
The number of Children staying in the property during the report period

Occupancy
The percentage occupancy of people staying in the property, to the maximum number of people that can stay in the property, if all beds were occupied

ADR (Average Daily Rate)
The average daily rate received for each occupied room during the report period

RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room)
The revenue for the report period over all available rooms in the property, this could be less than ADR as it includes all rooms in property not just occupied rooms.

AVG LOS (Average Length of Stay)
The average length of stay of each occupied room during the report period

The following figures are based off bills dated within the report period

Avg. (Nett)
The average Nett (ex VAT) amount of bills dated within the report period

Sales-ACCOMMODATION
The nett value of guest bills from accommodation charges in the report period

Sales-EXTRAS
The nett value of guest bills from charges other than accommodation in the report period

Sales-Total
Total nett value of guest bills generated in the report period

Discounts
The total value of discounts applied to bills in the report period

Gross Booking Value (Arrivals)
The figure Gross Booking Value(Arrivals) is the total accommodation price + total purchased upgrades price for all reservations who's arrival date is in the corresponding month.

Gross (with supplements)
The figure Gross (with supplement) is the total accommodation price for nights stayed in that month. 

*With supplement simply means, if the rate plan for the reservation contains supplements they are included in the figure. 

i.e a reservation using rate plan B&B would have the supplement breakfast included in its price.
