As of version 2.2, you can keep track of the status of a room to aid your housekeepers.

A room can be marked as dirty by clicking on its label. This will change the room to display in red with a broom and warning triangle symbol to indicate that it is dirty. 

A room will stay dirty until it is manually marked as clean. To mark a room as clean, click on the dirty room and it will be put back to its default clean state.
