There are three methods to move a reservations
Hovver over the reservation 'Pill' on the Diary Screen. Double Click to bring up the details of the reservation. Select a different room number in the field 'Accommodation'.
2. Hovver over a reservation, hold down the CTRL (Control) key and drag the reservation into the new room. Guess what!!! The system will not allow you to drag a reservation with 3 people in to it into a Double room fro example.
3. Click on the orange button in the top right hand corner of the Diary screen to 'UnlocK Screen' . This will now allow you to click and drag any reservation into another room (But again....The system will not allow you to drag a reservation with 3 people in to it into a Double room.
When you have finished moving the reservation Click again on 'Lock Screen'.
