Sometimes you want a way to easily see who is part of the same reservation.  With the Group Colours feature you can select a colour to represent all reservation items (rooms) that are part of the same reservation.  This colour will appear as a border to each reservation item for the Reservation.

With the feature turned on you can easily select a colour when you edit a reservation.  At the bottom of the edit reservation form you will see a colour picker.  Simply select the colour you want and then save the reservation.

If you want to reset the colour you can click the 'Reset colour' button.  Then save the reservation.

Tip: Some properties use this feature to keep track of which guests have paid.  You can use the colours to keep track of whatever you want!
