Maybe you've made changes to a reservation and you want it back to how it should be from Booking.com. You can now click Channels -> Missed Bookings and enter the Booking.com Booking Reference/Booking ID. The Reservation will then be refreshed using the latest information from Booking.com. Please note this is Booking.com's Reservation Id which is found at the bottom of a reservation when editing it.
The current user logged in will now display under the Property Name on the left of the screen.
The subject of emails sent from the Booking Engine and from within the Diary will now contain the arrival date and hotel name in the subject line.
