Improved Logging - Any changes made using the rates screen are now logged with values from before and after the change.  

Add existing payments - Right click on a pill and add payment, or click the add payment button beside a bill to add an existing payment to a previously created bill.

Stop Overpaying on Reservations - If you accidentally added to many payments or forgot to add a reservation item to a bill while checking out, you might end up with minus balances.  This release will stop accidentally negative balances.
