Activating a new hotel on Ctrip
Contact business team and send an activation request with the following information:
Hotel Ctrip Code (Only if the hotel has one)
1 way or 2 way connection
2. Wait for Ctrip to reply, once they do, you should be able to do a Room Discovery & Mapping.
3. Turn on the connection and check the rates and availability on Ctrip are as expected. NB. It might be necessary for the property to manually load a year first on CTrip
4. If all rates and availability are correct, inform Ctrip that the hotel can be put live on their system.

CURRENCY E.G. EUR
The currency the property is set up to use (must match Ctrips records)
2-WAY CONNECTION (RETRIEVE BOOKINGS)
If we elected for a 2-way connection with Ctrip we should select "yes" to enable a 2-way connection and vice versa. The Channel Manager will begin to retrieve booking information from Ctrip when the connection is enabled.
DELIVER BOOKING CONFIRMATION EMAILS
Yes or no. If you want to be notified of bookings received from the OTA website, some OTA sites will send you a confirmation, so you may not want to receive another from us.
Use this option to control whether or not we send inflated rates to Ctrip.
The lower limit of availability to allow the automatic closing of sales on Ctrip. If used, with a Threshold of 2 rooms for example, once the availability goes BELOW 2 rooms, we will send 0 avail to Ctrip.
Can be used to distinguish different connections to the same OTA on the same property
