Pre-Arrival Email - At the bottom of the Customise Diary page you will see a section dedicated to Pre-Arrival Email. Fill in the WYSIWYG box with whatever text you want. Pick the number of days before arrival you want the email to send. Click save. At 2 am UTC the email will be sent to any matching reservation items. Also, If a reservation item is received and it is within the selected number of days, the Pre-arrival email will send straight away.
