Add a New User to your Vault

Add a non-manager user to you Vault account

Please Note:  You must be logged in as a manager account to carry out these steps.  The manager account is the primary account on your vault property.


Log in to the Vault at https://portal.secure-online-booking.com as a manager.

Once you are logged in, Click My Properties at the top of the screen.
Then select the property you wish to add a new user to.

Then under the heading 'Grant access to another user', enter the new user details.
Click Grant access to this user and confirm with the pin from your selected method. 

This user will, once they confirm their email address and change the password you set, be able to access any card details for your property; provided they have the token.
