This release involves a brand new product, our Contactless Portal.
MyGuestDiary.Com users now have the option to provide contactless/remote check-in for their guests.
The guest will receive a link automatically in an email the morning of their arrival. You may also send the email from within the diary on the arrivals/departures page. They click the link and complete the sign-in sheet, optionally providing photo ID in the process.
You can then view the details the guest provided and respond to them with a custom email message which could contain details about how to collect the key.
