Just a small update to let you know that you can dermine the rate plan ID of any rate plan or special offer (offer is just another type of rate plan!).
If you however over a rate plan name on the rate plan section or special offer section, you will see a number appear underneath the rate plan name. This is the rate plan ID on the system.
Very useful for checking logs and if you have a rate plan ID you can match it up to the rate plan that was booked.
