Instructions for Customer to give us Channel Manager Access

Login to booking.com and then do the following steps (takes about 30 seconds to complete)

1. Click Account settings on top right of page

2. The click the Connectivity Provider option

3. Click Connect To Your Channel Manager

4. Type AccuBook (just type into the box provided)

5. Select ourselves and press NEXT

6. Tick the checkbox and Agree to T&C’s on step 3

7. After step 3 we will get an email and will then be able to access your account and connect everything.

1. Login to your account on www.expediapartnercentral.com

2. Click on the “Rooms and rates” Menu along the left and then click “Connectivity Settings”

3. Click the “edit” option on the top right hand side once you have access to this section. (You may have to get a PIN code send to you phone or email to get access)

4. Select AccuBook/GuestDiary.com as your channel manager provider.

5. Make sure to search for Accubook GuestDiary in both the boxes for “Availability and Rates” and also “Booking Retrieval”.

6. Click Save

Airbnb:

Customer gives Airbnb permissions by clicking the link on an email.
